    hello.
almost all my accounts on facebook ads get disabled latterly.
i think about 90% of them get disabled and i don´t know why.
does anybody else have the same problem?
i register every account with a new IP (no proxy), fake name but real adresses, new email adress (every account another email domain), new domain, i clear everything in my browser (cache, cookies, flash cookies and so on) but when i set up the campaigns and will look at them later i always get the message
i don´t know what else i could do to get around it
does anybody else know how to solve this problem?

    thanks in advance, darkstar69

    pva or non pva?
one of my client said that if he use non pva his account easily disabled
and if you are using fresh account try to do some status update, join grops/pages, add friends for at least a week before you apply for fb ads...just to make the account as real as possible.

i always used fresh accounts and never had any problems with it.
because you don´t need personal facebook accounts to advertise.
so in my opinion status updates etc are not necessary.
when you register for an advertising account you don´t need to use it as a personal account as well so i think that´s not the problem.

edit: i forgot to mention. sometimes my ads are running for a short while and the accounts get disabled shortly after the ads begin to run.

i can choose any adress and name for my credit cards that i want.
    sort of wildcards.
and ip location is not that important i think.
i have dial up and get a new ip every time i reconnect.
and that was never a problem.

thanks, will have a look at it.
but i think i found the problem.
seems that my coupons are the problem.
when i click the "contact us" in the message i get to a page with the text

i have one account where i accidentally forgot to redeem a coupon.
and this account is the only one that´s not got disabled.
so i think that´s the problem.
however, time to find a workaround for that.

i don´t think that will help.
maybe that´s good for personal facebook accounts, but not for advertiser accounts.

edit: did anybody who had the problem contact facebook then? when yes, what did they do or wanted to to know to reactivate the account? only phone verifying? that would be great because i have a few hundred prepaid simcards here.

if the coupon is dedicated to specific countries and you are using proxies from outside this countries that look suspecious to them just a guess tho

it depends on what you advertise when you used their free voucher coupons, read up on the terms and conditions of the free coupon, they are even more stricter than normal fb ads. Your ad (niche) could be causing your accounts to be disabled ie...CPA, affiliate types of offer. Try driving the free coupon traffic to a page/group and carry on from there.

as i wrote above i use for every account a fresh ip without proxy.
and the coupons are not country specific.

however, maybe i found a solution.
did hardcore splittesting a few things yesterday and today and think maybe i solved the problem.
will test it a little bit more and will post it when i´m sure it´s working.

sorry, but i don´t think it´s the same because i think your personal account had nothing to do with "Suspicious Payments Activity".

This is intriguing...FB Ads seem to become harder and harder everyday. NOTHING like Google AdWords. I hope you all have success!

this is a very good info.
maybe they just disable all new advertising accounts as a protective measure.
i have contacted them from one of my disabled accounts.
will let you know how it´s going.

    ok, sorry.
i thought you used the account only personal.
did you use a vcc or your real cc?
and did you contact FB regarding the ban?
sorry for all the questions, but i just want to figure out how to get around it.

    ^did YOU use vcc?
you mentioned everything, including flash cookies (which arent used by FB at all), but nothing about credit card..

99% of "Suspicious Payments Activity" is due to problems with credit card, NOT coupon or regular FB account
    Guy already told you:
and thats where you fail, specially if you use VCC and specially with recent update (and they update FB Ads daily) which targets VCC users.

ps. FB has separate departments for ad & billing review = its not strange at all to get your ad approved first and then get disabled (often: within 24 hours from account creation)
Those are real humans who saw much worse tricks than yours (fake account+ads coupon), so - even if you dont use VCC and theres something else suspicious - expect to send scan of credit card/permanent account disabling.
