OP dont spam the forum & Dont try to sell your account in this way or you cant promote any service if you are not a Jr.VIP but you can post your service ad on your Signature Space as a Donor.
Why should a member add you on skype ?

OP, you cannot advertise like this. You need to click "Membership" on the top navigation bar, and look for Marketplace Thread. It is $30 per year and it needs a moderators approval. If you have as many accounts as you say, this should not be an issue.

in the terms of networker it means I network with people and I get to know what they do good and then I find out how I can help them you know a favor for a favor makes the world go round =)

Good choice. Bringing people together is profitable if you know what you are doing. A "middle man" of sorts.
