I have had no issues creating multiple accounts but I am afraid to share my method lest Reddit notices it and patches it.
I will mention that Reddit filters are really nasty and so easy to be caught. You need to take it slow (but not that slow like you’re doing) and it also matters which subreddits you post in.

Oh and the filters don’t care about legit users though so don’t think it’s your proxy being bad but Reddit just being annoying. I have had a legit account made with brand new phone and IP banned because I made a comment when I shouldn’t have and this means they do have false positives
