Accounts keep getting phone verification

A lot of my accounts keep getting phone verification spam for almost every single action I take. The accounts are aged 1 year!!

I reduced it to 1 operation per hour and also let it rest over night and still no change. I even removed the links from the bios and still!

I even use the same phone number every single time (for each account respectively), and still, I keep getting phone verification spam.

Does anyone know why this is happening and what to do about it?

I'm using 1 proxy per 3 accounts, quality proxies and there doesn't seem to be a pattern. For example one account on the same proxy works fine and the other two under the same one keep getting phone verif.
 
Stay away for 48 hours. Try again.

If it still doesn't work, stay away for 48 hours and change cities for your proxies.
 
I'm testing out the taking a break thing now, yeah.

Bad Number's in my experience, Whatever you do to phone verify your accounts try changing this method up & see if it makes a difference.
 
Use maximum 2 accounts with single IP in order to be on the safer side and do activities which are under are under Terms & Conditions of FB (if its fb accounts). Also with one phone number you can verify max one fb account. in the end I would recommend to stop using Bot for some time and do some manual activities with accounts for few days.

Do you know of any other method besides textnow?
 
Deactivate your accounts for a week then change the phone numbers. Use Google Voice for PNV. Don't use PNV sites that trash their numbers after 30 seconds. Think about how many people use that and how many times those numbers get recycled.

Hmm, apparently google voice only works in the US or something..
 
In my case it was a bad phone number because I used that same number for my spam accounts. Eventually my comedy page and my spam accounts went to oblivion before I could post my question here :(

I already tried changing the number, didn't help.

Reducing didnt help much as I was still getting phone verifi. after just 1 action, even after hours of breaks. I'm not waiting 48 hours and trying again.
 
Ouch sounds scary. Good luck. May need to get a prepaid phone or sims. Worth it if you are making money with those accounts.
