Yes I have had this a lot. Creating them is fine and they login the same as any other email. It happens when you get the "account suspended - someone may have accessed your account" message and have to get the code to the email. Only on that 1 issue does FB not send the code. Ive got about 100 accounts all locked on the Russian emails. I can log in normally when using them for the first time. Can get the code if you need to reset the password. But asking for the code if it locked for the reason above then the email never arrives. Mail.ru, bk.ru and inbox.ru all have the same problem but only for that 1 error.

Depending what you are tryin to do, Multilogin is probably the solution. It will solve the issue of device fingerprinting and allow you to operate while getting more life from your accounts.

There are other issues though, such as the quality of residential proxy, browser history (has the browser been seen by FB before doing normal activities, etc), and quality of accounts.

FB is looking for signals that don't align with real user activity. Did you import cookies? Regular users don't do that.
