Accounts' growth limited

I'd love to share my experience, so that other people will be more cautious and don't get into the same trouble as I have. Some people may have followed my journey to 10k, which I have successfully accomplished and it was something beyond imaginable for me to have an instagram account that "big". I was doing a mixture of botting and manual work. It was all down to my progress. Sometimes I'd stop botting and do everything manually and vice versa. 90% of the time I did a max of 400-500 follows a day but when I reached about 11-12k I've started doing double than that. During this time I fuc*ed up completely. Here is why: I am posting original content, username isn't that bad and I engage with my followers but when I'm not botting the account is basically shrinking. I have spoken to several people and they confirmed it to me that there is a possibility of IG limiting the growth of your account, which I believe is what happened to me. I did not run FL for almost two months and since then my account simply did not grow, apart from some spammers following me. Photos do get to the top hashtag but it makes no difference.

To sum it up, don't be discouraged by whatever the shit happens to your account and just be careful! What is good for accounts of others might not be good for yours. I simply fuc*ed mine up somewhere in the middle and can only throw it away I believe. However, if anyone had any similar experience, it would be interesting to know what did you do afterwards!

I had a similiar experience with one of my accounts, aged one, started good with a mix of bot & manual work too, engagement was ok until i went over 10k (5%) after that point, my FB ratio was the same but engagement went down hard (1% or less), didnt change anything on my content, it was the same quality i started with, tried several things to improve my engagement but nothing worked, watermarks, tags, new content, scrapping filters, even a niche switch, I gave up with it.

i don't know if i really believe the whole "limited growth" thing about Instagram, my biggest page (104K) can grow like 800-1,000 followers a day if i do mass follow/unfollow manually, SFS with the pages, and have my bots running commenting at it, but if i don't do any mass follow/unfollow or SFS and only have my bots running, it'll gain like 200 a day if i'm lucky, i believe you grow based on what you put in, is what you get out, i have a friend with 18 bots promoting his main, and he also manually does mass follow/unfollow daily and he gains like 1,300-1,800 a day, again tons of manual, tedious work, and he isn't getting limited, how would Instagram limit an accounts growth anyway? just "not allow people to follow you back?" it just doesn't have much credibility and i'm doing fine as long as i do all my little repetitive manual work throughout the day.

All accounts that weren't organically grown have been affected from what I've seen. Whether you are botting or manual, you are still completing hundreds or even thousands of actions a day. That is not what the average instagram user does. So I think its quite obvious to instagram who is growing accounts for profit and who is using the app for entertainment. I had an account that I grew by massing manually and it had its organic growth stunted. It consistent loses followers every day. Others I know who started by buying shoutouts and have never used the follow/unfollow method are getting huge growth. This is nothing new though. This happened to me back in june or july.

Op means his organic growth is limited. Meaning the growth from just posting pics, not massing.

ohhh, my bad, well i agree then, if i don't have bots, follow/unfollow, or doing SFS, even my 104K+ page with all real followers barely grows over 50 followers per day, but again, i dont know if this is from Instagram limiting organic growth, or just because certain pages like mine and OP don't grow organically well, who knows.

I feel like you're content may not be very enticing to users. I've never had an account shrink when I'm not working on it. Sure, they grow slower but they should still grow with people you are not following. Maybe try things like encouraging your followers to tag their friends on your pictures, clever things like that. To me, as long as your Instagram is built entertaining and fun to view, the only real challenge is getting people to it in the first place, then the account should do your work for you.

You have 2 options with instagram.

1. Do everything manually and gain 10K a year and have 10% engagement or
2. Bot like a c#nt and gain 100K a year with 2% engagement.

I would go with option 2 EVERYDAY of the week. Why? You make money with the 100K account.

So stop having a cry that's the 2 options you have get the fuck over it.

There is no IG limit. You either move up or down. You can't float on the same level.
You didn't fuck up. The followers are just leaving. And new ones are not coming.

Plateau. It's statistics, man.

I've had a similar experience with my account, all original content. It wasnt that the account wasnt growing, it was. The thing was, my follower count kept rising and my engagement went down. Im at 65k followers and Im gettting the same amount of likes I was getting at 40k (around 3,000 likes a picture). I mean, Im not complaining, I just think its weird that after getting 25k followers in two months manually, I still get the same amount of likes.

I have the same problem when I post, when doing all of the action follow/unfollow etc the account is fine but then when I post I only get the likes or comments thats it, I feel like the follow button is blocked until I do those actions again, I think the account is based on actions now because of the engadment drop.
