Could be onlline sms websites (they use same number 3 times so may be if 1 of linked account get suspended they might suspend rest 2 linked accounts as well).
Solution:Try using your own number (or anyone else just to check if this is problem.)

Another issue would be Mass planner (they are used by many people and there is possiblity that instagram's staff have purchased it as well so they might have updated script to banned accounts created using mass planner.) so its always going to be rough creating accounts with popular software.
Solution: Try creating them manually and see how it goes..

if nothing works, may be you will need to purchase accounts instead of creating.

This happened to me to.

Had a few weeks verify problems... so i editted all profiles with text / new profile image / pass change.
Now are 80 accounts after phone verify " account disabled ".

After sending a selfie accounts must work fineeeeee, i hope so.

I fill in the form on instagram.
They send me an email with a code.
I must write the code on a paper en hold it next my face ( selfie ).
I must send it and most times in 3 days account valid.

How u do ?

I got about 180 accounts disabled

So if i take 180 selfie pics with my face and code they will accept it ? lol

I have 300+ accounts.
Never had a problem.
If they ask you for a selfie and u send 180 selfies this is not a problem.
I sended more the 300 selfies

But i dont know if everybody get this " selfie mail ".
Because some people never heard about this.....

I use sim cards, I came here to check if others are having same issue.
After successfully verifying 5 accs every other account i verify get banned. I use 1 sim for only 2 accs.

Are you using real sims ? or an internet service sims ?
 
This has happened to me too. You need to be using proxies. If you're verifying accounts and noticing that you're getting instant banned then stop, try again in a couple hours and you should be good. This is what I did to save most of my accs
 
This is the new IG SPAM Block feature, just make sure all the accs have unique bios, usernames, and max 2/3 accs per domain.

What we have in common all who are experience this Ban after Phone Verification?

Proxies Provider?
Accs per Proxy?
PV SMS Service?
Numbers per Account?
IG Accounts Provider?
Bot? MassPlanner?


Maybe we can find what triggers this PV Ban
 
Proxy Providers- Idk but im leaning towards proxies being flagged
Accs per Proxy- Um could be
PV SMS Service- I dont think its the service providers cause i doubt we all use the same service provider and we are still having the issue
Numbers Per Account- Not sure, could be if online providers are using the same sim over and over again. If someone with their own sims gets banned after using phone number once then its not the service re using sims over and over
IG accounts providers- Dont think it has to do with this, ive created my own accounts and they are still running into this
Bot- Could be the bot, could be instagram inserted new security parameters which the bots haven't updated to - But this will be canceled out if someone gets their account banned after verifying directly from a phone with a online service.
 
If you guys are playing long game, start investing. 1 proxy 1 account 1 real sim card. If your rates are not good ( too much $ per account,small income per account) , improve your accounts. Don't look spammy don't post CLICK MY BIO pictures (its moronic) . Manual reports also trigger shitstorm. Make natural accounts that have blog or site link , but don't exist for sole purpose of that link. I have very low ban rate :) almost never, and when i do get ban i exactly know what i did wrong. For example changing username. Posting same caption. Automated 24/7 tasks .

So when i cross some boundaries i only get hit by captcha not pva or bans.
 
I have 64 ig accounts 1 mobile number holds 10 accounts.
I have logged in with 5 accounts and use parallel space and multi insta to keep them logged in.
I use these accounts to like 1-5 pics randomly and then use it for bulk.
And yes all 64 accounts are being operated by a single IP. I am not even using proxy.

I have a small bot to do bulk follow & like and I have created these 64 accounts manually never got any of my accounts banned. Some accounts do asked for PV in starting after that I kept them logged in mobile app for a week. After that all bulk follow,likes are going smooth.

Hi, maybe the reason is in those smspva numbers which are probably in blacklist.
