Accounts getting banned

Create an account by hand. Try it and see if you get banned.

If you do get banned then they've flagged you somehow.

There are Flash cookies which the browser does not see. Also, switch browsers and connect from a different place, like a Internet Cafe, and see if you still get banned.

Gotta eliminate possibilities till you find the culprit.

Are you logging in with the same ips? How many ips are you using per account?

I also buy accounts from russian website and they need PV when I connect to US/German IP addresses.
But it works good with Ukrainian proxies.

I use Russian proxy provider, and I buy accouints from Russian site as well. Tried US proxies + US accounts, same thing. I do not log to accounts by hand, I use follow liker, so not sure how cookies/etc can play a difference.

I am not sure about the question "Are you logging in with the same ips? How many ips are you using per account?"

I use 3 accounts per 1 proxy ,and I do use same proxies all the time. I also thought that proxies could be flagged, however, I got another set of fresh proxies, and same thing is happening.

Note: I have like 10-15 up and running on the same russian proxies, so I am not sure if that's the problem. Any other input could be valuable.

Yeah its not because of Images as I am using Imristo's hash manager and uploading same images again and again.
The account ban issue could be due to your proxies, or bot.

I use FL - can somone confirm FL is working properly? Do you use FL urself or you use MP?

So you are trying to fool Instagram and you are complaining about getting banned? ...yeah. ...
