Reasons:
1)Link in the description
2)CPA, PPI or anything of this sort
3)Any kind of advertisement
I'm 99% sure you had any of those (if not what the point of PVA accounts then?). If it is true then just 1 flag on your video can delete it really fast and you usually get flagged by competitors right after hitting first page for certain keyword.

What kind of video was it? Did you have "spammy" links in the description?

yes, it was landing page in the description, video slightly nsfw.
Any way to bypass this?
Also, some of the accounts are still alive with few videos, but this new batch get banned immediately.
I think they have already banned this videos in the past so they have some database of reported videos.
Can that also be the case?

Im pretty sure youtube warns you like 2 times before your account gets permabanned, you got banned on your first video? damn what the heck did you do to piss em off like that xD
