I've started my little journey into blogging, websites, SEO, CPA, affiliates etc. I currently have 5 blogs running, multiple accounts in many places, different monetisation strategies, different webhosting companies, countless passwords/logins etc, all of the data neatly organised in a text file. The problem is it's getting very hard to keep so neat. How do you guys who are making money with multiple strategies keep track of all your personal data?

If one single text file is too messy, switch to a folder with topical text files. It's simple and effective. You can also get it on Dropbox and have comments for each folder, but I prefer to keep it simpler than that. You can also explore paid web services and paid software that has been built specifically for that purpose, but it's often overkill.

Yeah that would be way over kill. I'm just experimenting now with an excel file.

Evernote for personal notes and Redmine Wiki for collaboration

I don't know OP. I'm old fashioned. I use a stupid notebook to keep everything. I just like traditional pen and paper. But I'm sure that's just me and it'll get difficult to keep track once there's more things I dive into. Subscribing for methods because if I lost that notebook, I'm dead.

I used excel for a bit, but have switch to an intranet site I made.
