Hey guys,

Got tired of the paypal fees and conversion fees when I withdraw money into my country, so I went ahead and registered a couple of LLCs in Delaware, USA. I will be visiting in Aug to get the Bank Accounts opened so that clients can pay me through ACH. No Fees. I'll probably find a way to wire out all the profits to myself and call it as expenses or my pay so no taxes hopefully either, not trying to evade tax, I will pay what is due of course.

I would like to know whom I should look for to get my annual accounting done and do my taxes in the US. Can the owner of an LLC do the accounting himself, or is it mandatory that a Certified Accountant sort of guy look into my books and work out the taxes?

And how much do these accountants charge in average? I don't want to end up paying like $400 an hour or anything.

Is it easy for LLCs to get merchant accounts when the owners are not in the US?

And where do I find the right accounting guy/firm? Google shows up results of companies that do the numbers for the Fortune500 sort of companies.

All advise would be highly appreciated.

Yes I am, and there are going to be clients from outside the USA too who might be wiring payments.

Oh okay. In that case you need one. If there was no business in the USA you didn't have to do taxes or whatever so no accountant.

I am also interested in knowing a good accountant there.

Yeah man I know that much, hope someone owning LLCs would pop in and leave some answers here

I am qualified to answer that question for the UK, but have no way of answering truthfully, to take account of both state and federal laws, so anything I might be able to say would be opinion only.
