Accountant for LTD in the UK?

Can anybody recommend an accountant in the UK, who can set up an LTD in the UK?

They should have good knowledge of how to do tax returns for an internet marketer; which includes receiving income in foreign currencies, PayPal and how VAT applies to an internet marketer.
