I got my hands on this account and i never did any myspace money,

my questions are:
how much would you pay for that account?
how would you use it?
how much can be made out of it?

I'd suggest signing up to a CPA network and promoting an offer that may be attractive to teenagers as that is the major part of MySpace users. Ringtone offers would be killer.

yeh send bulletins in ur myspace acc to your friends. also message them or comment on their profiles.. just try and see.. test and test some more
 
Dude show me the account and if it is legit I might be interested in buying it PM me and tell me your best offer. Myspace is really hard dude but I got a little project that it might fit and have a strong account already just want another.

According to statistical data, the MySpace population is predominately female (63%), with roughly half (52%) of the the total number of users being between the ages of 18-25. 26-35 year olds as well as those under the age of 18 are also a major demographic (21% and 17% respectively).

Social networking sites are difficult to market primarily due to the fact that users are not looking to buy merchandise or services, they are using the venue as an outlet for communication.

I personally wouldn't waste my money on this account because it would require massive demographic research as well as hit and miss marketing in order to find a worthy niche.
 
Yes, agree with delmages. Social networkers usually have communication and entertainment states of mind.
Can't sell them directly.

You can send them "free" games (shareware or demo versions) or other "free" stuff.
 
I got a little arcade and think it might be good for getting a bit of traffic that way. I completely agree that this is not for direct selling at all. Just saves me a bit of time in building up an account that is all.
 
dont myspace basically sue all the cpa networks that have affiliates advertising/spamming them? you may lose your affiliate account this way.
