    1) What would be recommended follow/like.comment settings for new IG accounts?

    2) How about 3 months+ aged accounts?

    3) How long should be warm-up schedule? Should I start follow people right away or first update profile and wait 24 hours before follow? Can this be automated (in case if I forget) - start follow AFTER 24 hours...

people are unlikely to give exact numbers this is something to figure out for yourself. for me i take around two weeks to get an account up too full speed.
copying other peoples settings makes it easier for Instagram to identify patterns and start sending out PVs.

Figure it out yourself and youll learn more.

I just added few new accounts last night (aged 3 months), did email verification, updated profile with Bio and Image (no link).

I also did not do any follow, likes or comments yet.

Immediately after 1st post I am getting phone validation. Is there something wrong I am doing or is it normal?

    1) follow/like - if you mean on a very first day, do no more than 100 follows with good delays, though it's recommended to not touch account for first 2-4 weeks before even using it. I personally prefer not to use comment, if you do so, make sure you use well-spinned text
    2) start with something like 100 follows and scale up slowly
    3) if you update your profile, it's good to rest the account for at least 24 hours.
