Hi i'm new on google adword i have to create a campion for office design but in just 2 min i got a msg that website suspended , and i just got new website with new domin and ssl how dose this happen could some help me with this and what should i do now.

Actually Adwords is self-explanatory regarding suspensions, if it says payment, it means there was a problem with your billing info, if it says circumventing, it means they detected cloaking inside your website ...

This is a serious violation and one that Google rarely overturns. It means your business model or practices have been deemed unacceptable by Google.
