Account suspension when balance is charged

Hello, BHW!
I run Adwords in Korea.

When I run an advertisement, I buy a domain, clock it with white keywords, and run an advertisement. After working on the white keyword, I charged the first minimum balance, set the black keyword, and charged it as much as the second daily balance
When charging second time, my black advertisement is exposed normally, but when charging third time balance, the Circumventing systems policy account will be suspended by about 90%.

I'm using manual payment.

Is there anyone who can help?!

From you post, I'd assume the suspension was due to Circumventing systems policy!

What time frame you wait before you switch to your money ads and activate your claocker? You mentioned after the first treshold is reached which is $10 I'd guess.

Still not enough, nowdays you'll need to feed the beast and invest more in Google ads before you switch your BH ad copy& keywords.

You can always appeal, it might work and it might not work. But the only way to know is to try.

Another thing you can do is focus on slowing down your changes and start slow and spend enough budget so Google can trust you more.
