Account Suspended

My account was suspended for using a certain trademarked word.

Google E-Mailed me and told me about the ads that I need to change.

I DID change the ads, and took the word out of them completely. (it was hard to target for a niche, when I cant even use the word!) But anyway, I got it to work.

Then I tried different varations of that work...for example...I put the "TM" Character after the word....they sent me another email saying its still in violation.

I then DELETE the ad completely, and am only left with my 2 ads that do NOT have this word at all, and wake up this morning to find out my account has been permanently suspended. For violating the TOS.

I've done everything they told me too...and I even had a pretty nice amount of funds left in my account. Ass holes. (I can get a refund, I know)

Anyway....I pretty much RELY on Adwords, as I have a new site, and would like to keep using it. Anyone have any ideas how I can use adwords still.....

You should be able to do different name different credit card to get new account.

When dealing with adwords it is best to position yourself as an agency. So get several Accounts and link them. Run low volume CPA offers if u need filler.
