Account suspended for no reason. Solution!

Hey guys
After listing my first product I was surprised to have my account suspended and after calling Ebay support for more than 10 times they claimed that they cannot give me back my account. I asked for the reason why but they can't tell me cuz its their policy as they say. The product I listed was in kitchen category. For decoration. Now I'm looking for a plab B after loosing hope at my account which was created in 2016. My question is can I open an Ebay account with a foreigner adress for example USA or UK or any European country, because seeing that I'm from Morocco they block hundreds of account every day. I don't blame them because some guys here don't play it safe. So this made Ebay generalise the judgement over any Moroccan Ebay user being good or bad. Looking forward to hearing your advices guys and thank you.

YES, you can definitely use stealth info in making your eBay accounts.
 
yes, and its pretty common for new accounts to go down on the first listing, if they dont reinstate you after a call in, its due to you tripping a security bot, they see you as suspicious.

Question they ask for verification of account owner location is not what a non US citizen or resident can answer.
In my experience, I was asked to say the ISP that I am using in Texas that I claimed to be.
Another day, they ask a general question not related to profiled information.
I need help from someone who can just help me make a call to ebay support. I have an account but it has restriction and was asked to call in.

yes you can buy or create by yourself ebay stealth account
 
I think Morocco is blacklisted. Not sure 100%.
You can use a stealth account but to be honest, using accounts like that is not easy. Too many things to follow and you need to 100% under the radar.
I am sure that 90% of accounts like that get banned in a 10 to 30 days period.
