I remember I once tried to setup a new Bing Ads account with proxies... they shut it down immediately. I had setup a new name, bank account, and address to match the new bank. Shut down after a couple hours of opening the account.
So I tried it again with a VPS. And for some reason it stayed open for years. Eventually they closed it down because I was using PPI and distributing illegal software lol. But the details went through.
You also have to remember that these networks, especially Google, are always getting better at detecting this stuff.

USA, Kazakhstan, Ukraine work perfectly.
Perhaps there are other countries that work just as well, but I tested only these countries

The names are always different, like everything else, for each account everything is unique.ok.. with same name ? different credit card ? explain your success
Debit Cards are also different for each account. (do not ask me where I get them from, there are enough good card sellers on the forum.)
