Account suspended for Circumventing systems

Hi ,I have a chase bank credit card I pay 25$ Google play developer console fees with it so the card already registered on google payment method I try open Adword Account and I make a random website traffic campaign for a random social marketing company after a spend of 5$ I pause the campaign and try to promote my XFL live stream android app but there is no impression I tried to make few other campaigns for my android apps but no impressions after a while they suspend my account for Circumventing systems Policy is promoting copyrighted/Legal android apps hard on Adword new accounts ,I am using vip72 fresh ip address,any idea,thanks

You cannot make a change to a fresh account the way you did

There is way to make such changes but nobody will tell you this in public

More so

Anything apps and software are in the grey areas on Google

Any campaign to this areas needs some account stealths

its weird cause app campaign is easier to get approved than traffic campaign. Is your google account is new or aged?

Focus on that part, he created a new account, spent $5 and paused the ad to create a new campaign.

its new for like 3 days, I think the multiple campaign that on new accounts caused this problem

Try to warm it for longer period and create new campaing/ad instead of pause.

It is most likely the app that is triggering it. But it can also be due to your redirects or tracking systems in case you got any in place. Those redirect traffic and do stuff with it and this might cause "circumventing systems".

Are you doing it as an affiliate? Are you using any tracking software?

I am not affiliate I am just promoting my android apps from Google play nothing shady

There is only one way to find out whether it is actually due to your app or not.

Get another account, do the same but for another app that is known to be whitehat. Like some sort of productivity or "ToDo" app. And then wait and see what happenes. If the circumventing systems occurs again, then google either doesn't like your setup (proxy, account, hosting, domain, whatever) or google doesn't like promoting apps in general.

If this issue does not occur, you can be safe to assume that it's due to your app which google doesn't really like

Simple as that. No one here can know or help you, you need to figure that out by testing yourself just the way I just described. Good luck

The biggest problem is the way u used your account. U made dummy live and added 4 additional camps. I dont know why people prefer dummys and think after dummy is live they can do all what they want. U need to test to see what changes u can do on your accounts and when. Do next account exactly the same way u did and u get suspended again.

great idea I just tested in other account and the dummy campaign is launching now for about 18 days and spent 150$ , can I just pause it and do another campaign to let say Guide for Call of duty Mobile,will that work?thanks

I don't know about Google, but virtual machines are great for raising fraud flags on e-commerce risk mitigation models and rule-sets. It's a bit subjective to imply the two aren't mutually exclusive, but it shouldn't come as a surprise...
