Account Suspended Failed to verifiy..

I activated my account, with a new name, new PC, all from a computer that doesn't use any google service, all with full valid information but it keeps saying Failed to verify the billing information etc.
How can this happen? I used a valid credit card, all valid information, campaigns seemed approved but still suspended..

Can someone help me with this?

Get in touch with Adwords support to enquire about this, if everything is legit there shouldn't be a problem:

I changed the IP, and use other computer (laptop). I don't know what is the problem..

It seems like adcenter has similar problems, I wonder if they can track us if we use proxies
