Account suspended by Google Affiliate Network, anyway to enable again?

My GAN account was suspended about 1 year ago--I bid on some restricted keywords on Adwords and then spotted by GAN (well, I was a starter then and didn't know I should pay attention to " restricted keywords"). Then I appealed several times but with no luck. Tried to re-join GAN using the same Gmail, I can get an active account for 1 or 2 days, then suspended again. Yes, my adsense account is still alive.

Did anyone have any experience on this? I am thinking of using a new Gmail account, but Google requires address validation, I guess and my SSN?

Any suggestion? Thank you!
