i think they are trying to detect the robots straight. i heard stories about detecting hyman behavior,like scrolling down the page. i got one profile banned today,it had just 40 follows in last 24 hours. profile was on instantproxies,so i guess the proxies are bad. im using settings: 11-22 minutes between operations,29-91 seconds between each interaction.

You can run 200-500 actions day without a problem. What I suggest you to do is enable 'Global night mode sleep' to keep them extra safe.

Well, if you want to perform mass activities on your accounts, you should at least meet the following criteria:

1- Your account should be at least 14 days old.
2- You should have at least 6 posts.
3- You should follow at least 100 users.
4- Your email and phone number is verified on Instagram.
5- If you want to connect it to bot, start with the slow speed for the first month of use.

In this case, you most probably do not face any issues. But the problem that you mentioned, blockage of tasks, is something happening from March 30. Now it seems to be solved.
