I don't know why my account got an hourly spending error. It's strange that the account spending time is only 6 hours then it stops and takes 14 hours to spend again. Has anyone encountered this situation?

Check your account spending limit. For example, the spending limit is $100/day. Once the account has spent all $100, it will stop, and you will have to wait until the next day before you can spend again.

Can you take a screenshot of your account payment settings maybe your account has a 50$ limit

its unlimited is around 700$

Are you sure it’s not just FB optimization? It’s actually a good thing if FB isn’t spending money during cold hours.

If this is an old account that someone else has used, they may have set up rules to manage spending by hour or by budget.

That sounds like a temporary throttling by the platform sometimes it limits hourly spend to prevent fraud or unusual activity. Monitor it for a few cycles if it persists, contact support.

This could be due to the time zone of your account and the time zone of the country you are running your ads in. Is there a time zone difference here?

It could be due to time zone difference, what time zone account are you using and what country are you advertising in?

It might be related to automatic pacing rules on your account. Sometimes the system spaces out spending to balance usage.

Pausing an ad campaign for a few days usually doesn’t cause serious problems, but it may slightly affect delivery or learning if it’s paused too long.

This is usually due to Facebook's ad delivery system automatically optimizing spending.
Facebook may pause delivery to balance budgets, check ad quality, or avoid exceeding limits. This is not a personal error but is quite common.
You can create a test ad with nature photos to have a small spend first, then you create your own ad campaign

Usually I find it's due to Meta's speed or risk checking system. New accounts or new campaigns are often limited for a few hours before they go back to normal. You can monitor if they stay for a while, try keeping the settings stable or contact Meta Support.

yes a little bit but before it wasn't an issue it still spent after the new time zone date but now it doesn't spend until the new US date

It usually means your ad account hit an internal pacing or trust limit. Facebook sometimes restricts delivery on newer or flagged accounts. Most people fix it by lowering budgets, stabilizing payment methods, and letting the account “warm up” for a few days.

I guess it's because BM has some problem. All of that BM's accounts have this problem but not the other accounts.
