Account restricted then ID verification (anyone else experience this?)

My main concern is the account being permanently restricted?

Has anyone else experienced this and did you get it resolved?

I am thinking it might of been a hiccup on their end.. Just something that was automated..

They require verification for accounts randomly or maybe relate to suspicious actions from your end.
Just upload an official ID they require to verify your account, driver license or national ID is recommended. I got several times being restricted and upload the ID for that account then they unlock it for me after 2-7 days
