does anyone know how to fix this my account keeps getting like this

I think you should just submit the documents and verify it yourself if the account isn’t the most critical one for you.

Your ad account is restricted because Meta detected unusual activity and requires business verification to reopen. Just upload valid documents and wait for Meta to approve.
