same new accounts - some make top tweets. others don't.
i bought 2 batches of accounts.
1st batch, EVERY SINGLE 1st tweet (of each account) made top tweets, but all 2nd tweets failed.
2nd batch, NONE made top tweets.
dont tell me slamming fav/RT makes top tweets. that's not true. if you are buying fav/RT, dont waste your money.
i have no choice but to conclude that it's about the account quality. is there any account that can consistently make top tweets?
