Account problems, limited. Help please.

I understand I have not been very active on BHW for a year since I joined but I am now trying to be more active but it seems like my account is limited, I am trying to post in the "Downloads" section but I can't enter a link to download a file in my post or attach a .zip file. Also my post count does not increase it is stuck at 9.

Any help would be appreciated.

Really, no help? Kindly point me to a post that helps then please or who do I contact at BHW.

You are posting on sections that has post counts increase blocked, such as the blackhat lounge and introduce yourself. This is to avoid spam posts.
 
I see. Thank you for your help. Now what about me not being able to post links in my posts? I even emailed support but they are slow to reply.

No one is helping me. I am not happy here. I need help. I can't post links, they ask me to upgrade. Why should I pay just to post links?
 
Still now you are Newbie so you cant post Link. To post link you must have to be atleast Registered Member (50 post). Or If you be a Donor ($97) you can post link any time.
