Account permanent ban + shadow ban on all accounts

Guys, an inactive account of mine was permanently banned for violating community guidelines somehow, it's been inactive with like 1 post for almost a year

Anyway, I don't care for that account however

I'm experience a shadowban on ALL of my accounts
Every post gets 0 views

Did they permanently ban me and shadowban all of my accounts
If so, how do I get out of this shadowban

Has anyone gotten an account permanent suspended
Then was shadowban from posting on all other accounts?
