If my account doesn't show when I search for it using a different account, does that mean it's shadowbanned? The reach is way off what it should be and that's my guess but wanted to verify.

Yeah your profile should show up. Best advice would be for you to contact twitter

try to find your tweets like this "from: @your_nickname" if tweets not shown that means you shadowbanned.
