Account just got banned please help

It was temp deleted due to followliker settings, they were pretty low as well and the account was tied to my 7yr facebook account (200-300 follow and 300-400 like).
They have given me an option to say there has been a mistake or whatever and there may be a slight possibility I might get it back. How should i proceed, if I say its a mistake what should I tell them next?

As of now my account disabled and no one can see it

please help

I guess what I want to know more than anything is what are the rates that people get their accounts back? Looks like its over and done with I have to say
 
Was it really the main reason why it was deleted due to the automation program followliker? cause now Im scared to start using FL, wait is it because you kept getting those "your account is temporaily blocked" from doing the following actons following,unfollowing,liking and did you just keep doing it again and again everytime you got unblocked? which lead to your account deleted?

no probably because I did not warm up properly and was using insta on my wifi (I forgot to turn wifi off). I cant blame followliker for this, it was a combination of trying to do too much too fast and what I mentioned above.

Followliker is a decent program but I would say if I could go back, for the price I would have chose a different program.

you got s ky pe? can you take a look at my instagram follow liker settings, i just got my licenses and would need some recommendations
 
I think my account was banned today, but i am using instadub. I can not login and can not see my account. I sent a message to instagram. Hope they will recover it!

Definitely say it was a mistake, there are many people that recovered their accounts, it's up to the one doing a review of yours though. Some reviewers are nicer, some are meaner, maybe you get lucky. Even if this one says no, wait 1-2 months and try again, maybe you get lucky next time.
