i usually use hong kong country for my ad account, so far it is fine and can avoid this, US country for ad account often appear this problem

since the meta tax in philippines, a lot of advertisers have moved their ad accounts to US country, this creates an anomaly and since then ad accounts with US country are very vulnerable to being moved to prepaid accounts
You should use other countries for your ad account.

To never get into this situation just don't set your ad account in the US, set it in Hong Kong for your ad account, so far so good
