I've never had a google account disabled before but those are some very serious allegations. If you know your account wasn't involved in such, you should use the provided link/channel to appeal. But if it's involved, you know you shouldn't be able to get the account back.

This is the first time I've seen such a reason for an account ban, if you didn't do this you can appeal, I'm worried that Google might flag you

Just use Google Ads agency accounts to avoid problems in future.

Thats a pretty serious allegation they have made there, before even thinking about getting it back you wanna investigate why it's been made in the first place I would be absolutely horrified if I recieved such a notification.
