Do you know the new username? if you do then yes I know a way
usually an email is sent with the new username, they may have deleted that email but maybe you can recover that email or it wasn't permanently deleted
if you do then go to login screen, type in the username, click "get help signing in" this will then ask you to enter an old password, then instagram shows the OG email account associated when the account was created regardless of any phone number or email change to recover it

That is a challenge, meta barely answer or help when this happen, just contact support and wait and send the same request after 2 or 3 days to push a little bit, but as far as I know because I tried to recover an account my self and no success this is not easy also I beleive they removed all contact methods and left only the self service steps.

You can find ig notification email when there are changes in email, phone number, account information... follow the instructions included in the email. check also in spam

I think the best action you can do now is contact instagram support it will take days but if you have proofs that you are the real owner they will recover the account for you.
