Hello,
My Facebook account was hacked and someone had put a 2 step verification.
I am trying to get my account back but by mistake I had my nickname on profile and I cannot get an id for Sign man, which is a fictitious name. If someone can help me or send me to the right direction will be appreciated.

I can get a reset email, but asking for second code from code generation software. I dont have that.
 
I think you can upload your own ID card on facebook verification to reset your password without having access of email/pass of your hacked account.

especially when the thread maker has stated
the account was hacked and the hacker has enabled
2FA already.
 
Try contacting fb from the device which you regularly used to login, they may be able to check with ip logs also as someone said mention your first used email id to them.
 
Facebook customer support are theonly ones tha ca help you it will be a long proces since you do not have access to the email but you will need to secure it to and they will be able to verify you and help you to recover the account.
 
use previously signed in devices and fb will give you a chance to verify your identity with your documents

Sorry for your loss but you really should have activted 2FA or used hard passwords
FB support is not that responsive / supportive, you can reach them and see what happens.

How do you contat them ? There is actually no way do to that, I tried everything

This is also what happened to me
Any way to fix that issue and recover my account ?
 
my philosophy is that you shouldn't be so dependent on a facebook account that it stops you dead in your tracks if you lose it
 
HI! Facebook has strange account recovery rules. I think if you write to support, you may be asked to provide your documents or a selfi. If you have a fake account, you don't have your name in your profile or there are no photos of you, then you can create a new account - you can't negotiate with them. Have you solved this problem already?

Get to facebook support they will guide you.
 
You will get it if you prove that you are the owner of the account. Send selfie, find your email address and the first email you created your facebook account with and send it, send your old password
