Account Growth Limited (IP Ban?)

My account that only posts 2 times a day and hits explore typically gains 4-500+ a day. No bots, all manual just gains from explore. Suddenly the last few days 0 of my posts hit explore and I'm gaining 50 followers per day. This is unlike anything in the past 6 months+. From what I've heard so far it seems I am flagged, does anyone have any insight into this?

Will it go away by itself? Is the account screwed?

--- What I think caused this: My other account does follow/unfollow and it hit the unfollow limit for going too quickly. I made the mistake and this other account got 'temp banned' as in couldnt unfollow anymore for a period of time. This is when my growth on the other account got messed up which leads me to think IP ban/limited since my manual account did nothing different/wrong/suspcious itself. But the IP from which I use seems to be flagged.

Can anyone help, really dont want to lose that organic growth my manual account has. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think it's the IP. You can change it.
Maybe a change in the algorithm used by Instagram to hit explorer.

I've been seeing a lot of complaints about this in the last few weeks and it seems to have gotten worse in the same week with many more complaints like this, I suspect there has been another change in the algorithm.

I realize other people have mentioned some change in growth but honestly thats all the time some people are complaining. From my growth there's clear evidence that the last few days have been affected from the trend it has had the past several months

Here's my pattern of growth from the past month



I've always posted twice a day (despite what the right column says, i often delete posts) so I'm quite sure its nothing else that changed, same quality of posts and all. You can see last 3-4 days the stunt in growth continuing

So it seems quite likely I am IP flagged to some extent where I can't hit explore page/grow organically. Someone please help, I'm still looking for advice on what to do. I've worked really hard on this account and dont want to throw it away
