They flag datacenter IPs right away. If you’re using a fresh setup, try switching to a residential proxy instead and avoid logging in too fast or changing too many acc settings. Also, warm browser cookies by watching some videos and scroll slowly like a real user would.

Also don't forget to aquire cookies from previous browsing with your multilogin profiles. Facebook is on every other website. They can cross-refference your unique browser fingerprint and spot a "normal" user behaivior vs a brand new clean session, which always raises red flags.
