account disabled

This happens frequently, especially when you use multiple accounts with a single credit card. Use a clean credit card and try creating a different campaign. If the issue persists, the only option left is to contact Meta support.

you can turn off the ad then turn it back on. if it still doesn't work add a new card and set it as default top up enough money then turn the campaign back on it will collect the hold

The reason comes from the quality of that advertising account, if you continue to use that account, the error of holding money may still occur in the future. In my personal opinion, you should replace the new accounts.
 
If you have added payment method and still can not fix, please contact meta support to solve. or rent agency advertising account.
 
Search Fix Hold in the search bar, there are many articles to help you.
 
you need to add new tag and create "bait" campaign, wait for campaign to work error will be gone
 
Everyone spamming "just contact Meta support bro", not realizing that it is near impossible to actually speak with a human support person as a newly spending account. Smh..

When you have these kind of issues, try adding a physical card. You will get less problems with physical cards.

I've also experienced this and contacted Facebook support for help but I didnt get my problem resolved. do you have other solutions for this?
 
Try clearing your cache or switching browsers. Sometimes just updating your payment info and waiting a bit helps. If it keeps happening, probably best to hit up support.

If you add a payment method and it still doesn't work, please contact meta support for instructions.

It sounds like the issue is that even though you added new cards, the system still can't place a temporary hold because of a limit or card restriction. Try using a different bank card (like a credit card instead of a debit card), or contact your bank to make sure the card allows small holds or authorizations. Also, contacting the platform's support team directly might help speed things up.
 
Please contact Meta support to resolve. Or you can resolve by renting an advertising account
