Are you currently run ads with a Business Account? If not, I would highly recommend to begin with this. Also, bear in mind that Facebook will ban any activities related to blackhat immediately regardless of either new or older accounts you have. However, aged accounts with a history of consistent and compliant activity, may be less likely to encounter frequent bans compared to newer accounts. If you haven't considered renting one yet, might as well try at least, partnering with exiscale.com
