Account disabled

Good morning everyone,

yesterday one of my accounts with more than 10k followers was disabled by Instagram and I tried to do the procedure to reactivate it as it already happened to me on another account that I recovered.
Problem: Instagram says they don't recognize my username when I'm sure it's the right one. On the other hand, the email address used for this account was a pro gmail address which, now, is no longer accessible because I stopped paying the subscription. what should I do? I am open to any proposal thanks

Yes but how? I can't access to the account because it's disabled

It's disabled because you didn't pay.
Try to contact Google if you can't figure out how to reactivate it

Alright but then what? Having access to this email will not make my Instagram account unban. The problem is that Instagram is telling me they don't recognize my instagram username while it's the good one... I tried to do it via Jarvee and when I send them (username ect...) they directly send me to a support page without anything useful on it related to recover a disabled account...

what means they can't recognize your username?
what verification methods to check it really yours?
I think you can recover it only when contacting and fixing gmail issue first.
Did you use some bots to get your account disabled?

It means that they say there is not account registered with this name...

u need to login your accounts on phone.

You need the phone number, username, and full name also if you dont have access to the og email that you created acc with this account is r.i.p, it also depends why they disabled your account for.

That's strange.
They have to provide some other explanation to this, especially becuase they have database with all the accounts.

Got all of this (except the email adress but I'm trying to recover it.

No, Instagram don't have a support that is going to help you so I just write my username and when I click on "send" it tells me it does not exist.
