My facebook account was created on 2009, I started advertising on fb ads in 2015, then I stopped the ads since October 2016, at the beginning of this month I started launching ads (page likes And link clicks to my website).

Suddenly I was surprised that facebook disabled my account and said it was because of violation policy. The problem is that I don't know what's wrong! because the all campains are normal and my website is not in a prohibited category. I contacted them several times but the answer is always the same "we will be unable to reactivate either. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please consider this decision final.".

I created business account in business manager, but I can't run campains because I must add a means of payment, which isn't possible because it blocked my paypal and my visa card.

Is it possible to reactivate my account? Otherwise what do I have to do to run campains knowing that I have only paypal and my visa card as a means of payment? Please help me

Thank you

PS: Sorry for my weak Englich

I met the same problem last month. Fuk Facebook! Fuk Mark
Hope some one can help

Google "Confirm Your Identity With Facebook | Facebook" and upload your ID if your account is disabled.

If that don't work, then get a prepaid card and set up a payment method.

Just create another account with the same name and get a new credit card and attach it with your account. The same happened to my account a year ago.

Almost all prepaid cards don't work with Facebook

OP, open another business manager with the same fb account. You can open 2 business managers. And add your card to it, if it was used on the banned account, report it as lost and get a new one. Do not use paypal as facebook doesn't like accepting payments with paypal. If it's the only option, open a new paypal under a different email and connect it to the new business manager.
