Account died suddenly

It’s usually not about the region alone, but more about account trust, ad content, and compliance with Facebook’s policies.

It’s often a mix of both. New accounts running in certain regions like India can trigger extra checks because FB sees a lot of abuse there. If the account had no spend history or was brand new, that increases the risk even more.

I just tried running ads for the past week, I ran in India, and the campaign just went live and the account died. Is it because of my account or because Facebook scans by region?
The problem is often the quality of the account, use highly reliable verified accounts, get familiar and scale up slowly. If the account is completely new, the risk is higher.

Google ads account?

What niche are you running? There can be many reasons why an ads account dies like that, IP, fingerprint, ad content, activity, or simply that the account wasn’t trusted enough before you launched a campaign. If it’s Google Ads, you need to make sure the billing profile, domain, and business info all line up correctly. And if your ads account is purchased, you should log in and warm it up on antidetect tools like Multilogin, Hidemyacc, AdsPower together with a high quality residential proxy from India (if you’re already based in India, you probably don’t need the proxy)

It can be due to several factors – sometimes it’s the account quality itself, other times it’s related to region, IP, or activity patterns that trigger reviews.
I think the problem is national, advertising in India seems to be saturated, policies are tight, black or grey products really can't run.

It can be both — if your account is fresh, weak, or not properly warmed, it will trigger flags regardless of region, but India and a few other GEOs are also more tightly monitored by Facebook due to high abuse, so without aged accounts, good payment methods, and clean setup (IP, device, cookies), they die very quickly.

Yeah man, that’s pretty common. Running straight in India usually gets flagged fast, FB has extra eyes on that region. It’s not always the account, sometimes they just scan more aggressively depending on GEO. Most people I know don’t run raw anymore – they throw in a cloaker to keep things alive. I’ve seen guys use stuff like Adspect or NoIP, but lately I’ve heard good feedback about TrafficShield too.

Is it okay to run health food ads in India? I see that the cost of running ads there is lower than other areas so I want to try it out.
Yeah, you can run health food ads in India, CPMs are cheaper there so a lot of people test GEOs like that. Just keep in mind FB is stricter on anything that sounds like a “health claim”, even simple stuff can get flagged if the wording isn’t careful. If you’re running clean you should be fine, but for the guys who like to push angles, that’s usually where cloakers come into play. People use things like Adspect, Jci, etc, but I know a couple who switched over to TrafficShield and they are amazed with the results.

Could be a mix of both. Facebook flags certain regions like India more often, especially if the account is fresh and wasn't properly warmed up

yes.indian geographical area has new policy with forex currency ads, stocks etc. so accounts are often flagged immediately after approval.still no solution found

it is completely normal , but if it happens continuously then it is the account fault , use a healthier account

Maybe your account wasn’t strong enough and India is a region Meta flags more aggressively

I’m curious to know which industry you’ve run ads for. It’s not necessarily your account. Facebook is very strict with ads in India, and sometimes accounts get flagged simply because of the region or the type of campaign. That doesn’t always mean your account is the problem.

There are many reasons why an account suddenly dies. The account could be scanned, the campaign could violate policies,...
