Account Details

I'm a bit confused as to how I should set up my different accounts. Everyone wants to use fake names and numbers. I intend to make a gmail, yahoo, paypal, etc. A lot of the information
isn't real but I imagine real banking details would be required on paypal. I feel a bit safer if I were to use my number instead of a fake one on paypal as well. What sort of format do people use to make sure that money can get back to them without exposing too many personal details? (such as having a paypal account which accepts money and then transfer it to your actual account).

I also want to avoid doing anything that's illegal.

If you're going to create an account that is going to be linked to a credit card or your bank account details you might want to use all your personal information due to the fact that you need to match your information to your cards or your bank account.

All right. So in what case do people not use legitimate information on Paypal?

paypal could ask for verification document anytime .. there is now way to hide your personal info. and its good to create account with real info so you can go long with paypal
