hi guys
I created accounts and started to follow right away,
how much time do I need to wait to put picture+bio?

You are doing things in the wrong sequence.
First you put picture+bio
Then you wait at least 24 hours to start following.

When I was farming IG I created acc then let it bot with low settings for 7 days and then add bio, picture and continue . I was adding link at around 500 followers on accs
