Sup people, I've gotten starting using Jarvee on my 4 accounts, yes not a lot but its a start.
I'm looking to expand to 10 accounts since I have 6 more slots, would be stupid not to use them all.

What does one need to think off?
IP/Proxy?
Device? Can I use Bluestacks or is a proxy/vpn with a pc enough?
Email, do they need age?
Phone number, Or can I change whenever?
Etc...

A vpn will be enough to create 6 accounts

No, emails can be new

Phone number, Or can I change whenever?

You may use any phone number to verify and erase it from your account immediately so you may use another phone number to verify in the future and do the same again as needed

Do not use a VPN to create accounts. Simply don't do it if you care for your accounts!

As for vpn... I study in uni so would I technically just be able to log into eduroam and create accounts on a school pc? That would mean new device and also a public wifi they most likely cant ban right?

What would be a better approach then?
I have 5 residental proxies I can use and I also have access to public wifi such as eduroam, if that makes any difference.

Thanks for the heads up!

I think I might be overcomplicating account creation but I just want to make sure its done properly.
I am not running hundreds of pages, only a few (I will reach 10 if I create these successfully) as I focus on quality content and try to do ecom around them as well, so fan pages and so on is not what I'm looking for.

In theory, could I just grab two old phones I no longer use and hook them up on a public wifi and create the accounts?

I will repeat myself: you can easily create 6 accounts with a VPN and those WONT GET BANNED.
I am using a lot of accounts created 3 months ago with a VPN with no issues.
 
Dedicated proxies
Phome numbers for verification
Email accounts
Porrable FF Browser
Nothing more.
