Account Creation Help?

Hello guys!
Im nearly going crazy atm so i thought some of you might clear my mind.
I'm trying to Create Fb accounts recently.
Every time i try to create one they ask me for a phone-verification which i'm able to verify. Right after that before even logging in im getting the ID verification? All the time!?
I've tried a new computer user with a unique Private Proxy from USA. I verified with a phone number from USA. I've deleted like everything i could do manually + CCleaner
And whatever i try, i allways get a id verification.
What could be the reason? Hardware? Mac?

FB systems are improving day by day, they accept only genuine and real user...After reading your post, I signup with new id NO PROXY and I am done without any issue.

don't use proxy! You have to be more credible as possible.
