Hello!
I hope that topic helps you making money!

1. For thoose, who have got an iPhone:
Search in iTunes "textnow + voice" program
You can verify phone number by iPhone using, it works!

2. Write Name/Surname/Password in registration form by your hands, not copy/paste, change IP after each account and delete all cookies in your browser. This method works too, YT will not asks you phone verification!

I'm from germany and have the same problem.
I found a tutorial how to create a us-account from different parts of the world.
