are they not giving a reason why the acc was closed, add problem, card issue ?

Hi! You can request a review if you are sure that your ads are clean. perhaps you should warm it up for some more time, it may not be ready. in any case, do not do all the actions one after the other, because Facebook monitors the behavioral factor
