account about to be banned?

so I have had accounts banned before but usually its right away. as of right now and this has been going on for the last 14 hours i check account in Instagram app and as soon as i switch to that account i get the "we limit account actions" etc message, the feed won't refresh but my likes/comments/followers update but wont let me view the comments on the photos, if i check dm i get the message if i try to refresh feed get message again try to view a story get message again. Is this account about to be banned or is there hope?

only shady thing done on the account was follow/unfollow

Seems to be a shadowban, if you love your account, stop whatever you're doing on it. Hopefully, the shadowban ends in 1/7/14 days.

thank you it seems to have just lifted must of hit the 24 hour mark and it seems back to normal now, do think its still safe to post on account or should I still wait a few more days?

for safety sake, wait a few days, then dont push to many actions for a bit .
