I have opened the new thread, because older one was closed quickly before I asked the question to Damien

I think, sellers on BHW should have permission for giving Discord to their clients as support form/contact form.
With such server we can publish updates about our products and people get notified with update instantly.

What you think, staff, about such thing?
-you cannot promote it in BST or even mention
-you cannot promote it in PM or even mention
-you can give in transactional email after product purchase
-it must be about your product only


2 days ago my Telegram Update Channel was removed by Telegram and I have no idea where I can broadcast messages to my customers.
Email is little bad, because new customers will not have older newsletter.
I was thinking about Signal (but still customers can see each other).
So my choice now is to create custom script on product website with updates, create Telegram multi account (I hate it).
